Our People

Elephant Orchestra a.s. is a very dynamic company that's still in progress and developing very fast. The company was officially founded by Jan Barta in 2007 and it counted five people by 2009. Nowadays, the Elephant Orchestra team is integrated by almost 60 persons, which represents a huge grow in the number of employees and work.

This growth in the number of employees led us to expand our offices, set new procedures and improve and redesign our HR processes. Even though the growth was so big, it didn't influence the general atmosphere in the company, mainly thanks to our get-togethers and mutual friendly attitude.
